Goal
Simply the UI in fewer steps while able to give the user the monthly, annual, and best-value information needed to select the proper membership. The previous user experience had too many steps with a high interaction cost and repetitive info.
My role
Main UX/UI Designer, taking charge of user research and working with the Passenger team.

Wireframe
The wireframe is based on analytics and user feedback gathered from user testing.
User Flow
Depending on if the user is a guest with or without a free 14 day trial on their account, or if the user is already a monthly or annual member and they need to manage their membership.
Outcome
As a result, we were able to convert more users from guests to monthly/annual members within the first month.
Marketing
The marketing team did a great job of boosting the new updated membership management feature.
